I'm looking for a really good dark chocolate. Should I go with the 70% or 85% from Green & Black's? Is the 85% too bitter?

Depends how dark you like it! The 70% is rich but still has a nice balance. The 85% is definitely intense, more for true dark chocolate lovers. It's not overly bitter in a bad way, but it's strong.

I usually go for the 85% and I love it. If you like robust, less sweet dark chocolate, go for it. If you're new to high-percentage darks, maybe start with the 70%.

I had to return some bars once because I accidentally ordered the wrong kind, and it was pretty straightforward. Just contact their customer service, and they'll walk you through it. I think you generally have to return it in good condition.
